Central to our core values of honesty, integrity and respect, we want to sustain a diverse and inclusive culture where, irrespective of gender, ethnicity or other differences, everyone feels respected and valued, from our employees and associates to those working for AMD’s customers and partners.
To this end, the Executive Team and the Board are committed to attracting, developing and retaining a diverse and talented workforce working in close and creative partnership with similar university-based research teams. We believe that the richness of perspectives thereby brought together enhances AMD’s capacity for innovation and ingenuity in developing and applying beneficial new materials to meet the challenges of the future.
Work is in hand to translate this policy objective for Diversity and Inclusion into codes of conduct and related processes and standards appropriate to AMD’s current stage of development.
